Inside Sales Representative

Cannabis Employer is seeking resilient individual for an inside sales position. California laws and regulations have established new and high-demand career opportunities in the cannabis industry. We are seeking to expand our team with professional an ambitious individuals who are ready to begin their career in the fast-growing cannabis industry. 

Responsibilities: 

- Lead follow up in the form of moderate-heavy outbound call volume and email.

- Follow up with new and existing accounts. 

- Lead distribution to an outside sales team of 20+ members. 

- Follow up with outside sales representatives on assigned leads. 

- Data analysis and reporting on sales performance. 

Requirements: 

- Must have a strong phone presence and be comfortable with heavy outbound call volumes. 

- Computer savvy. 

- CRM experience preferred but not required. 

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 

- Strong listening and presentation skills. 

- Strong communication skills. 

- Clean appearance.
